Terms of Use

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PT ITropical Live Solutions ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Indie Revenue ("the App") on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and that is authorized by Apple to run the App. This license is for your personal or internal business use as an indie game creator.

The license does not transfer ownership of the App. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual-property rights.

2. The App is provided "as-is"

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as-is" and "as-available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data the App reads from itch.io's API — that data originates from itch.io and is governed by itch.io's own systems and policies.

3. Relationship to itch.io

Indie Revenue is an independent third-party client that reads your own data from itch.io's public REST API using a Personal API Key that you generate and provide. Indie Revenue is not developed, sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or otherwise connected to itch.io or Leaf Corcoran d.b.a. itch.io. "itch.io" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to identify the upstream service the App talks to.

Your use of itch.io's API through the App remains subject to itch.io's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at itch.io/docs/legal. If itch.io changes, suspends, or removes any API endpoint the App relies on, the corresponding feature in the App may stop working.

4. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Indie Revenue Pro is offered through two purchase models, both sold via Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Pro Monthly — Auto-Renewable Subscription (US$4.99 / month). The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple-ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
• Pro Lifetime — Non-Consumable (US$39.99 one-time). A single one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features without auto-renewal. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App as published on the App Store, not to the lifetime of the user. Should we ever permanently discontinue the App from the App Store, we will give 90 days' written notice and existing lifetime owners retain the right to continue using the last-shipped build of the App on devices it is already installed on, subject to Apple's terms.

Prices may vary by region in accordance with Apple's App Store pricing matrix. Current prices are always shown on the in-app paywall before purchase.

5. Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, not to PT ITropical. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.

Apple's refund policy at support.apple.com governs eligibility. If Apple grants a refund and that refund includes a subscription period, your Pro access will be revoked accordingly on the App's next launch.

6. Promo codes

Indie Revenue Pro may be redeemed via promotional codes distributed by us. To redeem a code, tap "Redeem Code" on the in-app paywall or go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Redeem Gift Card or Code. Codes are issued and consumed entirely through Apple's standard redemption flow; we never see your Apple-ID. Codes may have an expiration date and are subject to Apple's terms for offer-code redemption.

7. Your content and credentials

The App stores, exclusively on your device:

• Your itch.io Personal API Key (in the iOS Keychain).
• A locally cached snapshot of your itch.io game data, shared between the app and its widget.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your itch.io games and your itch.io account data. We claim no ownership of any of it. The App is a read-only viewer; it does not upload, modify, publish, delete, or otherwise alter anything on itch.io. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling description.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the App, or your itch.io API Key as accessed through the App, to abuse, rate-limit-flood, scrape at industrial scale, or otherwise violate itch.io's API Terms of Service.
• Use the App to access an itch.io account other than your own without that account holder's explicit authorization.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you materially breach these Terms, with written notice to the email address (if any) associated with your purchase, or via an in-app notice on next launch. You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the App from your device; deletion removes the App container, the App Group container, and the Keychain entry storing your itch.io API key.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription period already begun or of any non-consumable purchase; refer to Section 5 for the refund mechanism.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid PT ITropical for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US$39.99, whichever is greater.

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, have primary jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section restricts the statutory consumer protections you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at indierevenue.itropical-live-solutions.com/legal with an updated effective date at the top. Material changes will be surfaced via an in-app notice on the next launch following the change. Continued use of the App after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not accept an update, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
